Description
CJC-1295 without DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1–29), is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH). It is intended for laboratory studies of GHRH-receptor interactions, pulsatile secretagogue signaling, and the effects of substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 on resistance to enzymatic degradation. Produced through solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) and purified using HPLC, it is suitable for controlled research and assay applications. For research use only
