Shipping and Delivery

PROVEN Peptides offers several shipping options within the United States:

• FedEx 2Day: – Free on qualifying orders over $200. Delivery is generally estimated within two business days after shipment, but the delivery date is not guaranteed.
• USPS Priority Mail: – Delivery generally takes two to five business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Other shipping options: – Additional carriers or delivery speeds may be available upon request. Contact us before ordering to discuss availability and any additional cost.
• Insulated packaging with ice pack: – This optional shipping method includes a large frozen ice pack and insulated Styrofoam packaging designed to reduce temperature fluctuations during transit.

Shipping estimates begin when the carrier accepts the package, not when the order is placed. Carrier delays are outside the direct control of PROVEN Peptides.

Is Insulated Ice-Pack Shipping Necessary?

No. PROVEN Peptides products are supplied as lyophilized, freeze-dried powder. Products in this form are generally more stable than products in solution and can ordinarily tolerate normal temperature variations during transit without significant degradation.

Insulated ice-pack packaging remains available for customers who prefer additional temperature protection during shipping.

Order Processing

Orders received and paid in full before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same day. Orders received or paid after 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time generally ship on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and may also ship on Saturdays when available.

Same-day shipping refers to order processing and carrier handoff. It does not guarantee same-day delivery or delivery by a particular date.

Incorrect Addresses and Packages Returned to Sender

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. A package returned to PROVEN Peptides because of a customer error—including an incorrect or incomplete address—will be subject to a **$10 reshipment fee**. Any additional shipping charges may also apply.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Requests to replace delayed or lost packages are reviewed individually. Approval of a replacement shipment is not automatic and may depend on carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, the circumstances of the loss or delay, and any other relevant information.

Please contact PROVEN Peptides promptly if tracking information indicates that a package may be delayed or lost.

Returns and Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within seven days after the order is delivered. Once a request is approved, PROVEN Peptides will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Returned products will be inspected after they are received. If the return qualifies for a refund, PROVEN Peptides will generally issue the refund within five business days after inspection. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

PROVEN Peptides reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if a returned product does not match the original order, is missing, has been altered, or does not otherwise qualify under this Policy.
